CH200 Organic Chemistry I 1.0

The fundamental principles of organic chemistry; the structural theory of carbon compounds; reaction mechanisms; laboratory experiments illustrating reaction types; elementary synthetic techniques.

Prerequisite: CH100* (or permission of the Department).

Exclusion: CH201*.
