A study of anti-semitism in the West. Topics include the appeal of Judaism, anti-Jewish invective in Graeco-Roman paganism, Jewish-Christian relations as reflected in the New Testament, early, medieval and modern Christianity, and anti-semitism in the modern era, including the Holocaust.††
