2025 Holiday Season Campus Closure Laurier will be closed for the holiday season as of 4:30pm on Tuesday, December 23 and will reopen on Friday, January 2. Official document and transcript requests: must be received no later than Sunday, December 14 to guarantee completion prior to the holiday closure. will not be fulfilled during Laurier's holiday closure.

An official transcript is a complete record of a student’s academic history, including any completed, official undergraduate and graduate courses, as well as any current registrations. Transcripts include all official grades. Partial transcripts cannot be issued. Transcripts can be used as proof of registration, graduation, or as a requirement for an application.

Transcripts are $18.00 per request with additional costs for courier, etc. Please review when completing your order.

Laurier will not email official documents directly to a student or alumni. We are only permitted to email official documents to a verified institution/organization.

Unofficial transcripts can be found on LORIS / Navigator.

Holds
If you have a hold on your account, you will not be able to request a transcript until your hold is removed.
Holds can be viewed by logging into LORIS > Student Services > Open Student Dashboard > Student Accounts > Account Summary > Holds.
