2024 Holiday Season Campus Closure
Laurier will close for the holiday season effective Sunday, December 22, 2024 and reopen on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025.

The Transcript Request Portal will close on Thursday, December 19th and will reopen on Thursday, January 2nd.
Transcript requests should be received no later than December 8th, 2024 to guarantee completion prior to the holiday closure.

An official transcript is a complete record of a student’s academic history, including any completed, official undergraduate and graduate courses, as well as any current registrations. Transcripts include all official grades. Partial transcripts cannot be issued. Transcripts can be used as proof of registration, graduation, or as a requirement for an application.

Transcripts are $17.00 per request with additional costs for courier, etc. Please review when completing your order.

Laurier will not email official documents directly to a student or alumni. We are only permitted to email official documents to a verified institution/organization.

Unofficial transcripts can be found on LORIS / Navigator.

Holds
If you have a hold on your account, you will not be able to request a transcript until your hold is removed.
Holds can be viewed by logging into LORIS > Student Services > Student Records > View Holds.

Student ID
