By logging in, you are accepting the terms outlined in Laurier's social media guidelines. Videos submitted through this site become the property of Wilfrid Laurier University. Wilfrid Laurier University reserves the right to edit videos for content and length and add university graphics and titles as necessary.

Videos will be approved provided they are in line with Laurier's vision, mission and values, meet Laurier's social media guidelines and the university guidelines within it, YouTube's community guidelines for content and copyright, and provided that all video participants have signed and submitted a photo/video release form.

To be considered for approval, the videos and release forms must also be accompanied by a video submission form and include a video title, description and key words. Links to all forms are provided on the YouTube video submission form page.

As outlined in the photo/video release form, Wilfrid Laurier University may use the name, likeness, and/or biographical information supplied by those in the video. Those who sign the forms release and forever discharge Wilfrid Laurier University, its agents, officers and employees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said images or biographical information, including but not limited to, any claims for invasion of privacy or defamation.
