Audio Visual Resources provides support for the teaching and learning process through the effective use of audio visual technology. A variety of resources is available to students, faculty and staff for course related use. Standard AV equipment such as overhead, slide, film, video and data projectors is available. Video and sound recording and editing facilities are also available. Multimedia presentation facilities are available in selected classrooms in the Woods, Peters, Science and Aird buildings. Portable multimedia units are available as well. Video and audio conferencing facilities are also available. A collection of over 1,400 film and video programs covering most academic areas is available on campus. Assistance is provided for searching external media sources. Facilities are available for making overhead transparencies, 35mm photographic slides, image and text scanning and laminating of documents.
