The Booking and Timetabling Office, located within the Office of the Registrar, co-ordinates the Undergraduate Academic Timetable, and is accountable for booking and scheduling classrooms and University facilities, except for specialized areas such as the John Aird Centre, University Stadium and the Athletic Complex. This includes space for classes, meetings, midterms, guest lectures, seminars, workshops and social functions. This office is also responsible for accommodating non-academic events that are not in conflict with the University operations or services.
