The identification card (ID) is required in the Library, at final examinations and for student activities, and is issued at first registration. Thereafter, a sessional validation sticker will be affixed to the card at each registration. An ID replacement fee will be applied if the card is lost.
Any student who withdraws from full-time studies must submit the identification card to the Office of the Registrar.
As the University is committed to the integrity of its student records, each student is required to provide their complete legal name either on the application for admission or on personal data forms required for registration. Any requests to change a name, by means of alteration, deletion, substitution or addition, must be accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation. Upon making application for graduation students may be asked to provide proof of their name.
