Application for Graduation

It is the student's responsibility to formally apply for graduation. Application forms are available at the Office of the Registrar and must be submitted no later than December 1 for Spring Convocation and July 1 for Fall Convocation. If the application is not received prior to these dates, the University cannot be responsible for completing arrangements in time for graduation.

All applications must be accompanied by verification of any legal name change as recorded on the current student record. The graduation fee will be assessed after the application is processed by the Office of the Registrar.
