Honours Classical Studies in Combination with Another Honours Program

The combined Honours Classical Studies program consists of a minimum of 20 full-credit courses (or equivalent), of which a maximum of four may be 100 level courses taken outside the Department. A minimum of eight credits must be taken in the Department, and a maximum of 10 will be permitted. For progression purposes, the GPA is calculated on Classical Studies, Greek and Latin courses.

Required Courses:
CL101, CL102, CL214, CL215, CL225, CL226
One credit from CL205, CL211, CL212, or CL320
One credit in Latin and/or Greek.
A minimum of seven credits must be obtained in Classics courses; PY256 and PY259 may be substituted toward this requirement and will count in the departmental average.
A maximum of two senior credits in Latin and/or Greek will be permitted.
A maximum of one credit will be permitted from CL321, CL323, CL325, CL327, CL329, CL331.
