Honours German in Combination with Another Honours Program

The combined Honours German program consists of 20 full-credit courses (or equivalent), at least eight of which must be in German. Not more than six credits may be at the 100 level.

A. For students entering the program without OAC German or equivalent:

GM100*, GM200, GM201, GM202, GM230, GM260, GM302, GM305, GM306, GM402, GM405, GM406; LL200, LL201.

Elective Courses:
One half senior credit in German.

First Year

Second Year

Third Year
GM230, GM260, GM302, GM305, GM306.

Fourth Year
GM402, GM405, GM406.

Third and Fourth Years
One half senior credit in German.

B. For students entering the program with OAC German or equivalent:

GM200, GM201, GM202, GM230, GM260, GM302, GM305, GM306, GM402, GM405, GM406; LL200, LL201.

Elective Courses:
One and a half senior credits in German.

First Year
GM200, GM201, GM202; LL200, LL201.

Second Year
GM230, GM260, GM302, GM305, GM306.

Third Year
GM402, GM405, GM406.

Third and Fourth Years
One and a half senior credits in German.
