Laurier operates its own food service operation catering to resident and non-resident students, offering nutritional meals with the flexibility and freedom of individual choice, plus a wide variety of snack items.

Students living in University residence (except Bricker Residence, Laurier Place Residence, University Place Residence and 209 Regina) must purchase a meal plan. Students living in residence with kitchens, or who live off-campus may wish to purchase a smaller meal plan for convenience.

The meal plan is divided into two parts. Prime dollars can be used in the Dining Hall, The Terrace (A&W, Food for Thought, Mr. Sub and Domino's Pizza), Second Cup in the Science Building and Tim Horton's. Alternative dollars can be used at two other Second Cup locations, Swiss Chalet (off-campus), Wilf's, Domino's Pizza (off-campus) and The Pita Shack. More information is located on the Food Services Web site.

In September of 1999, Laurier introduced the OneCard. This is the new identification card, as well as meal card to be used at all food service locations. All food items are presented on an à-la-carte basis, and students select and buy only the food items they want, which then are deducted from their OneCard.

There is a registered dietician available for any special requests or questions.
