The Fred Nichols Campus Centre is owned and operated by the Wilfrid Laurier University Students' Union and is the headquarters of the Students' Union. On the third floor you will find the offices of the student President, WLUSU Executive as well as the Office of the Assistant Vice-President: Student Services/Dean of Students. There is a 24 hour lounge called the Millennium Multimedia Alumni Lounge and the Students' Union Volunteer Centre.

The Fred Nichols Campus Centre is one of the most dynamic in the country offering students countless services and social venues. On the first floor, the Students' Union offers the newly renovated Terrace Food Court, which offers enhanced food selections and a modern atmosphere. Located on the second floor is Wilf's Restaurant & Pub as well as the Centre Spot, a convenience store offering fax and dry cleaning services, bus tickets, postage, concert ticket sales, personal care items and a wide range of snacks and beverages. The third floor houses the WLUSU offices as well as Travel Cuts, Super Dave's Hairdresser and Student Publications. The top floor houses the Turret Nightclub and Hawk's Nest.
