Required Courses:
BI100*, BI490*, BI491 and at least 1.0 additional BI credit at the 400 level
CH100*, CH200* or both CH202 and CH203
MA103 or MA110*, MA104, MA121, MA122, MA201, MA215, MA222, MA240, MA242, MA250, MA323 and at least 3.0 additional senior MA credits, which must include at least 2.0 at the 300 or 400 level and at least 1.0 at the 400 level.

Notes:

1. For progression into Year 2 of the program, the requirements include a minimum GPA of 6.00 in Year 1 MA courses, and a minimum GP of 6.0 in BI100*. For progression into Year 3 and Year 4 of the program, and for graduation, the requirements include a minimum cumulative GPA of 7.00 in Biology and Mathematics courses combined.
2. If MA110* is taken in year 1, the maximum number of credits at the 100 level in the program is 6.5.
3. Senior honours students are expected to attend all department seminars.
4. The program must include at least 1.0 credit in each of botany and zoology, as determined by the Department of Biology.
5. At least 3.0 senior Biology credits must have lab component.
6. Electives must include a 0.5 credit in both Curriculum Divisions A and B.
7. The following is a suggested schedule within which all program requirements can be met:
