This course expands on previous studies in enzyme chemistry and the application of enzymes in biotechnology. Topics include enzyme nomenclature, principles of enzyme structure and function, enzyme kinetics, biotransformations in chemical synthesis, industrial enzymes, enzymes and biotechnology. |
