Core Courses (1.5 credits from): GS100, GS210, GS220, GS230, GS319/AN319/RE319, GS321/RE321, GS329*/HI329*, GS337/AN337, GS349/HI349, GS367/GG367, GS372, RE372, GS380/RE380, GS400.
Language Requirement (0.5 credit): GS students are required to take a 0.5 credit in a non-English language study. Culture courses taught in English may not be counted as a substitute, though they may be counted as a core elective course below. These language courses can be taken at WLU, at other recognized Universities in Canada or abroad on a Letter of Permission, with permission of the GS co-ordinator.
Core Electives (3.5 credits): General BA students are required to select their core electives from at least two of the GS fields given in the combined Honours GS program, (see GS co-ordinator for relevant courses).
