CH352º Biochemistry Laboratory II 0.25

This course covers experiments related to Biochemistry II (CH353) and III (CH354) courses as well as Bioanalytical Chemistry (CH355). Experiments relate to the content of these three biochemical courses and include: techniques for purification and identification of proteins (affinity chromatography, electrophoresis, HPLC), microanalytical methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of biomolecules with stress on proteins and nucleic acids, isolation and characterization of DNA and biological membranes, structure and function of ion transferring proteins.

Prerequisite: CH351º.

Co-requisite: CH353, CH354, CH355.
